in Cape Charles. Norfolk International Airport is approximately
45 miles from Cape Charles; Accomack County Airport in Melfa

From Norfolk/Virginia Beach
Take Northampton Blvd. to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
Proceed north on Rt. 13 aprox. 10 miles to the first traffic
light (Rt 184). Turn left onto Rt. 184. The sales office is
the second building on the right.
From the Eastern Shore
Head south on Rt. 13 to Rt. 184 (10 miles north of the Chesapeake
Bay Bridge Tunnel). Turn right onto Rt. 184. The sales office

do I find out what long term rentals are available?
We offer
3, 6, and 12 month leases for select furnished or unfurnished
homes.

you have rentals outside of Cape Charles?
We
no longer handle areas outside of Cape Charles so that we
may better serve our guests and their needs within the proximity
of our resort.
Why
do rates vary from home to home?
Rates are based on
the size, location, views and amenities of the home.
Are
discounts available for property seekers?
As all
of our homes are privately owned, discounts are no longer available
on accommodations due to the demand within our resort.
Is
there a beach?
The Cape Charles public beach
extends one-half mile along Bay Avenue with a paved walkway
bordering the length of the beachfront. Residents and visitors
of the Town use the beach for swimming, sunbathing and similar
recreational pursuits. Public access onto the beach is provided
by two wooden walkovers located near the end of Tazewell and
Randolph Avenues, as well as the Town's Fun Pier which also
has a wooden walkover. The Pavilion and several park benches
are constructed on the paved walkway.
The Pavilion is one of the Town's prominent landmarks, serving
as a visual symbol for the Town and is featured on the Town's
seal.
Are
pets allowed?
Most
homes do not allow pets but may be considered on certain homes.
